Education:

Diamond completed a Master’s degree in the History of Art from the Courtauld Institute of Art, with a focus on ‘Curating and Collecting Modern Art.’ She received a prior Master’s degree from Harvard University where she analysed contemporary art culture.

 

Curatorial:

She has curated exhibitions featuring over seventy international artists and written for a variety of publications from academic to commercial. Her exhibition TERRA presented nearly a hundred works set across five heritage sites in Burgundy, France, in collaboration with Apsara Studio and Hautes Côtes. Diamond curated Fortnum and Mason’s inaugural exhibition, titled Fleeting Moments, following the restoration of their Piccadilly flagship. Another highlight By a Thread in East London showcased artists inherent to the site’s history as a Victorian textile factory, incidentally also Tracey Emin’s former long-time studio.

Writing etc:

Diamond contributes to Cultured Magazine and has written arts analyses for a range of publications like Hunger Magazine and The Critic. As of recently she will be contributing to The Art Newspaper, as their daily diarist for the Venice Biennale and she was also selected to write the cover story interviewing Edward Enninful for their new bi-annual magazine in print this April. Diamond is an academically published art critic by the Courtauld's annual journal for her review of Jennifer Packer at the Serpentine Gallery and Rutgers University's bi-annual journal for reviewing Suzanne Valadon: Model, Painter, Rebel at the Glyptoteket Museum. She has given art historical tours at various institutions such as Gagosian and White Cube, as well as spoken on panel discussions at Soho House and Sotheby’s.
