Education:

Diamond completed a Master’s degree in the History of Art from the Courtauld Institute of Art, with a focus on ‘Curating and Collecting Modern Art.’ She received a prior Master’s degree from Harvard University where she analysed contemporary art culture.

 

Curatorial:

She has curated exhibitions featuring over one hundred international artists. Diamond is co-founder and curator of the annual exhibition TERRA set across heritage sites in Burgundy, France and presented in collaboration with Apsara Studio and Hautes Côte. She was commissioned to curate Ici Repose for Oliver Miro’s platform Vortic, set in virtual reality. Diamond curated Fortnum and Mason’s inaugural exhibition, titled Fleeting Moments, following the restoration of their Piccadilly flagship. Another highlight By a Thread in East London showcased artists in a Victorian textile factory, incidentally also Tracey Emin’s former long-time studio.Her projects have been included in Artforum, Artnews, Vice, Monocle, W Magazine, among others.

Writing etc:

Diamond has written for a range of publications from academic to commercial. She contributes to Cultured Magazine and has written arts analyses for publications like Hunger Magazine and The Critic. She also contributes to The Art Newspaper, where she served as daily diarist for the Venice Biennale and interviewing Edward Enninful for the cover feature of their new bi-annual magazine. Diamond is a published art critic by the Courtauld's annual journal for her review of Jennifer Packer at the Serpentine Gallery and Rutgers University's bi-annual journal for reviewing Suzanne Valadon: Model, Painter, Rebel at the Glyptoteket Museum. She has given curatorial tours at institutions such as Gagosian, White Cube, and Almine Rech, been a guest speaker for Sotheby’s Institute, as well as led panel discussions at Soho House and The House of KOKO.
